Refund Policy

Bart Proxies sells digital products delivered instantly. Please read this policy carefully before you buy — your purchase is your acceptance of it.

The short version

All sales of Bart Proxies digital products are final. We do not issue refunds for used bandwidth, cancelled subscriptions, forgotten renewals, or dissatisfaction with a target site’s bot protection. As a one-time discretionary courtesy, we may — at our sole discretion — review a subscription renewal charge within 24 hours of billing if the plan has not been used and no prior courtesy has been extended to the account. This is an exception, not a right.

Overview

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every purchase made on bartproxies.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

Bart Proxies (operated by BARTPROXIES LLC) sells digital products — proxies, IP addresses, server access, and hosting — that are delivered electronically and become available for use immediately after payment clears. Because these products cannot be “returned,” our default policy is that all sales are final.

Digital Products Are Final

Once you have purchased a Bart Proxies digital product, we do not offer a refund under any circumstance after the order is confirmed and the product is delivered. This includes — but is not limited to — the following scenarios, none of which qualify for a refund:

  • the target website has activated bot protection, proxy detection, or Cloudflare/PerimeterX/DataDome challenges;
  • you were unable to complete a purchase, checkout, or automation task on a third-party site using the proxies;
  • your automation software, browser, or configuration is incompatible with the proxy protocol;
  • you changed your mind or purchased the wrong product by mistake;
  • a subscription auto-renewed and you had intended to cancel it;
  • you forgot the plan existed or the credentials were lost;
  • the plan expired while unused;
  • you no longer have a need for the service.

By submitting payment you agree that you will not dispute the charge, request a refund, or request a partial refund at any time after payment has been made, and you agree that we will not issue a refund except strictly under the discretionary exception described in Section 3 below.

This item is a non-physical good and is delivered by email and/or directly to your account dashboard. There is no “Cancellations,” “Replacements,” “Modifications,” or “Returns” policy on any Bart Proxies product outside of this document.

24-Hour Courtesy Exception

This is a discretionary exception, not a right. Meeting every condition below does not entitle you to a refund. Bart Proxies reserves the sole and absolute right to grant or deny any request.

As a one-time gesture, Bart Proxies may — at its sole and absolute discretion — issue a courtesy refund of a subscription renewal charge if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • the request is submitted within 24 hours of the renewal charge appearing on your payment method;
  • the renewed plan has not been used since the renewal — no bandwidth consumed on rotating plans, no authentication activity on static / ISP plans, no session traffic on any server product;
  • no prior courtesy refund has been issued to your account, your email, your payment instrument, or your household at any time in the past;
  • the account is in good standing — no chargebacks, no disputes, no outstanding balance, no violation of our Acceptable Use Policy;
  • the product is not on the list of non-refundable products in Section 4.

A courtesy refund, if granted, returns the funds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The associated plan is cancelled and access is revoked at the moment the refund is approved.

This exception exists to reduce friction for genuinely unintended renewals. It is not an escape hatch for buyer’s remorse, unmet expectations, or use cases that failed against a third-party’s bot protection.

Products Excluded from Courtesy Review

The following categories of purchase are excluded from the courtesy exception in Section 3 and are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Rotating residential plans with any bandwidth used

Any GB consumed on the plan disqualifies it from courtesy review. The bandwidth cost has already been incurred on our upstream.

Static / ISP plans after credentials have been used

Once the proxy has been authenticated against — even for a single request — the IP is considered consumed for the billing period.

VPS servers, bare-metal servers, and Mac Mini hosting

Physical and virtualized infrastructure is provisioned to you specifically and cannot be resold. All server sales are final at the moment of provisioning.

Custom, negotiated, or enterprise plans

Any plan with pricing, terms, or specifications outside our standard published catalog is non-refundable in all cases.

Plans terminated for AUP violation

If your account is terminated for a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, all fees paid are forfeited.

Cryptocurrency purchases

Crypto payments processed through Cryptomus are one-way and non-reversible. Once the payment settles, no refund is possible in any form.

Wallet top-ups

Funds added to your account wallet are non-refundable to the original payment method once credited. They remain usable for future purchases.

Promotional, discounted, or trial plans

Any plan purchased under a promotional code, discount, or trial pricing is excluded from courtesy review.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, PayPal claim, or any other third-party reversal of a Bart Proxies transaction — whether or not the dispute is ultimately successful — is a material breach of these terms and of the payment agreement you entered at checkout.

If we have reasonable suspicion that you intend to initiate a chargeback, or if you have already initiated one for purposes we consider fraudulent, we will:

  • immediately terminate all active plans, sessions, and services on your account;
  • block your ability to place future orders through the same email, payment instrument, IP range, or device fingerprint;
  • submit evidence to your card network in defence of the transaction;
  • refer the matter to collections and, where warranted, to law enforcement.

Talk to us first. If you believe you have a legitimate reason to dispute a charge, email [email protected] before contacting your bank. Every legitimate concern can be resolved directly, and the courtesy exception is only available if you have not already opened a chargeback.

How to Request a Courtesy Review

To request a courtesy review under Section 3, email [email protected] within 24 hours of the renewal charge and include:

  • the email address on your Bart Proxies account;
  • the transaction ID, order number, or invoice number;
  • the date and time of the renewal charge;
  • a brief explanation of why you are requesting the courtesy review.

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Requests missing any of the above will be closed without review. Decisions are final.

Policy Updates

We may amend or update this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice, to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The version live on this page at the time you complete a purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.

It is your responsibility to review this page before each purchase. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
