Your data is not for sale

Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. Straight talk — no legal maze.

The short version

We collect the minimum data required to run the service: your account info, order history, technical logs, and analytics. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate — Stripe and Cryptomus for payments, Firebase for auth and data, Google and Reddit for analytics and ads. Card numbers never touch our servers.

01

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how BARTPROXIES LLC (“Bart Proxies,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit bartproxies.com, create an account, purchase a product, or otherwise interact with our services (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, you should stop using the Services.

02

What We Collect

We collect the following categories of information — some directly from you, some automatically as you use the site, and some from the service providers we integrate with.

Account & Personal Data

Name, email, password (hashed), phone number if provided, billing address, and any profile details you add. Provided by you when you register or update your account.

Order & Billing Data

Products purchased, order history, plan status, invoice numbers, transaction IDs, coupon codes, and wallet balance. Card and crypto details are handled by our payment processors — we do not see or store them.

Technical & Log Data

IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referrer URL, pages visited, timestamps, and session identifiers.

Usage Data

Which proxies, plans, or servers you use, aggregate bandwidth, session counts, dashboard actions, and support tickets you submit.

Cookie & Tracker Data

Analytics identifiers, advertising click IDs (Google gclid, Reddit rdt_cid), consent status, cart contents, and preferences stored in cookies and browser storage.

Communications

Emails, support tickets, live-chat messages, and Discord DMs you exchange with our team — used to reproduce issues, improve service, and comply with legal obligations.

03

How We Use It

We use the information described above for the following purposes and no others:

  • to create and secure your account and verify your identity;
  • to process payments and issue invoices and receipts;
  • to deliver, provision, and maintain the products and services you have purchased;
  • to respond to your support requests and communicate with you about your account;
  • to send transactional messages (order confirmations, renewal reminders, security alerts);
  • to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Acceptable Use Policy;
  • to measure the performance of the site, our marketing campaigns, and our advertising;
  • to comply with tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations;
  • to improve the Services and develop new features;
  • to enforce our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.
04

Who We Share With

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share it in the limited situations described below.

  • Service providers. Companies that process payments, host our infrastructure, deliver our email, run our analytics, and help us operate the Services. They are contractually restricted to using your data only to perform work for us.
  • Legal & safety. Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by a subpoena, court order, warrant, or valid legal request, or is necessary to protect our rights, the Services, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers. If Bart Proxies is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this Policy.
  • With your consent. Any other sharing will require your explicit consent at the time we ask for it.
05

06

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure site performance, and attribute conversions to marketing campaigns.

The main categories are:

  • Essential cookies — required for authentication, cart, and security. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics (`_ga`, `_gid`) to understand how the site is used.
  • Advertising cookies — Google Ads (`gclid`), Reddit Pixel (`rdt_cid`), and Google Tag Manager, used to measure and optimise ad campaigns.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will break parts of the site.

We honour Consent Mode v2 defaults and update ad-storage / analytics- storage consent based on your interactions.

07

Payment Information

Card numbers, CVC values, and full crypto wallet details never touch our servers. Card payments are handled directly by Stripe using their embedded elements; crypto payments are handled by Cryptomus.

We store only the metadata we need to fulfil the order and respond to billing inquiries — the transaction ID, the amount, the payment method (e.g. “Visa ending 4242”), the timestamp, and the associated plan. This information is retained for as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute-defence purposes.

08

Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including:

  • TLS / HTTPS encryption for every request to bartproxies.com;
  • Firebase Authentication for account credentials, with hashed passwords;
  • optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) for your account;
  • role-based access control on our internal systems;
  • logging and monitoring of administrative actions;
  • segregated payment processing so cardholder data never enters our environment.

No system is 100% secure. If we detect a data breach that materially affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly by email.

09

Data Retention

We retain the information you provide for as long as your account is active and for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy.

Transactional records (invoices, tax records, dispute evidence) are retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and anti-fraud laws — typically at least seven years in the United States.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your personal data except for the categories we are legally required to keep.

10

Children's Privacy

Bart Proxies is not directed at, and is not intended for, individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

11

Third-Party Links & Services

The site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by Bart Proxies. This Privacy Policy does not cover those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing them with any information.

12

Policy Updates

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice, to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The version live on this page at the time you use the Services is the version that applies.

Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
